Upon completion of his studies at the Nursing School in 1967 he enrolled at the Faculty of Defectology at the University of Zagreb on the ‘Speech Disorders - Mental Retardation’ Programme whilst working in parallel with the Department of Neurology at Varaždin Hospital. Upon completing his studies he worked as a speech and language therapist at the School Children and Youth Healthcare Department of the Varaždin Medical Centre Health Clinic. In 1979 he incorporated the Cabinet for Speech and Hearing Rehabilitation, expanding the numbers of employees.

She attended the Varaždin Language Grammar School where she completed her secondary education in 1992. In the same year she enrolled at the Faculty of Defectology of the Zagreb University (today the Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences), on the Defectology-Logopaedia Programme where she graduated in 1996, writing the Thesis on ‘Stuttering and Duration of Larynx Muscle Contraction’ for which she was awarded the title of Master of Defectology-Logopedia.

After graduating from the First Varaždin Grammar School in 2004 (general education), in the same year she enrolled on the Speech Therapy Programme at the Education-Rehabilitation Faculty where she graduated with the paper entitled ‘Influence and Length of Speech on the Fluency of Speech in Pre-school Children’.

Upon completion of the Varaždin First Grammar School in 2007 she enrolled at the University of Zagreb’s Faculty of Education-Rehabilitation where she produced the Master’s thesis ‘Language Problems for Stuttering Children’ in 2012.

After graduating from the First Varaždin Grammar School in 2002 (general education) she enrolled in the same year on the Speech Therapy programme at the Education-Rehabilitation Faculty where she graduated with the paper entitled ‘Difficulties in Reading and Writing for People with Brain Injuries’ within the course of ‘Aphasia’.

Upon completing her secondary school education at the 2nd Varaždin Grammar School (General), she enrolled on the Speech and Language Therapy Study Programme at the University of Zagreb’s Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences. Her Diploma Thesis, which was entitled ‘Leksičke i sintaktičke sposobnosti djece koja mucaju’ (‘The Syntactic and Lexical Capabilities of Children with Stutters’), was successfully defended in 2018.

Upon completing her secondary school education she enrolled at the Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality Management in Opatija where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics. In the same year she gained employment as a sales clerk at the ‘Vodičanka Tours’ Hotel Agency in Vodice.
